I highly recommend. They are brilliant every time for balloons and parties. Whether it is an event with them or for your own private party they are so reliable, helpful and happy to be there. We truly loved our party today thanks to all the equipment provided by kids kingdom. Thank you very much.

Terms and Conditions

Outdoor Bookings

Please note that all outdoor bouncy castle bookings are weather dependent. In the event of rain or strong winds, we reserve the right to cancel the booking for safety reasons.

Cancellations

If we cancel your booking due to unsuitable weather, you will have the option to:

Rebook for another date (subject to availability), or

Receive a full refund of your deposit

If you need to cancel your booking, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required.

Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice will result in loss of deposit

If you need to reschedule within 30 days, we will do our best to accommodate your new date so you do not lose your deposit

Safety

All equipment must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times

Children must never be left unattended while using the inflatable

We are fully insured, and all inflatables are PIPA tested for safety compliance.

Face Paints

Face painters are permitted (water-based paints only). However:

The inflatable must be wiped down by an adult every 30 minutes to prevent staining

Any staining or damage caused may result in an additional cleaning or damage fee
